Gee...all of those temps make our 19 �F with a wind chill of 7 �F here in Gaithersburg seem rather balmly.... I guess me and my g/f need to break out the tropical shirts, shorts and flip flops.... |

It really dropped here overnight. We went for pizza and beer in the next small city north of us last night, it was freezing when we left at sundown and still 32F when we got back at midnight.
This morning it was 0F. |

This low!: Statement as of 4:25 am CST on February 21, 2008
... 2 new record low temperatures set this morning...
At Green Bay... the temperature fell to 18 degrees below zero
at 210 am and broke the old record of 14 below zero set
in 1963.
At Antigo... the temperature fell to 26 below zero early this
morning. The old record was 22 below zero set in 1896 and
again in 1918.
With a couple hours until sunrise... the temperature may still
fall a few more degrees. A new record event report will be
issued if a new record is set again.

Volk -27�F / -33�C
Wautoma -26�F / -32�C
