No posts for a whole day? What's wrong with us?

Sarah Libby and SA are getting ripped on the Watercooler, if anyone wants to spring to their defense.

My latest batch of markers are normal. Next CT scan is in November, 740 days after diagnosis (and my 7th CT if I have my numbers right). Avoid CT's if you can, the contrast dye can give you a bad case of green apple trots!

Avid has a brand new server stack that is orders of magnitude above their previous efforts (too bad I just bought an older model for us). The minimum storage is 8TB (we have 4.2 right now), and it is scalable to 64TB. 8TB is maybe 1000 hours of video/audio storage. That's friggin huge. Wish I could afford one.

Anyway, rambling along.

That is real good news on your tumor markers. CT and PET scans both give me the trots. But, a clear scan beats the alternative.

For everyone to get used to posting here. This site is a little more difficult to navigate and see when a reply has been sent to a thread. Plus I think everyone is still getting over Krazy Talk being closed. When Artist is back in business, and posting Kaps, I think things will be more active. Hurry b Smile

I usually click on "View Posts Since Last Visit" on the main page when I get here and I can see every thread with a new post since my last visit. It makes the visit pretty easy.

Good to see you found your way here, Anon. Glad your health is in order. I frequent some weather boards that aren't big fans of SA. I can see where they are coming from. Personally, if I'm watching TWC, it's not for the weather anyway, so I don't care:)

I have a problem accessing KAptured during workdays since the company I'm at uses some crappy screening program that flags Artist's site as a PORNO webpage! Which of course is ridiculous. So I have to wait until after work or the weekend to see what's going on.
